The NFS Conference Rooms are beautiful conference facilities of various sizes. We provide a one-stop-shop to clients ensuring that all of your needs are taken care of. Whether you are running a half-day workshop or a week long training event, NFS will look after everything from room rental to catering to printing and distributing materials.
Our conference rooms come fully equipped with the latest Keurig coffee systems. We have a wide selection of Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate.

Using a standard format/template, NFS will attend your meeting and record attendance, motions, action items, and pertinent discussions in a short form format. Draft minutes will be provided to the client for approval within three business days of returning from the meeting.
All of our rooms feature expansive windows in our second floor, downtown location. We are equipped with audiovisual equipment, and access to WIFI is available.

Audiovisual equipment included in all rental rates. Administration fee of $50/day will apply to all bookings. Our full day bookings offer access to your boardroom between 8 am to 5:30 pm. Outside of these hours, additional fee of $50/half hour applies. We offer weekend & evening bookings, give us a call.
NFS charges a 50% deposit to confirm all reservations.
All reservations under 5 days require at least 5 business day’s notice of cancellation. The 50% deposit will be retained on all bookings that fail to provide adequate notice of cancellation. A 10% cancellation fee applies on all cancelled bookings.
All reservations of 5 to 15 days require cancellation notice of at least 10 business days. The 50% deposit will be retained on all bookings that fail to provide adequate notice of cancellation.
All reservations over 15 days require at least the same number of day’s cancellation notice. (Example: A 30 day reservation requires 30 days cancellation notice.) The 50% deposit will be retained on all bookings that fail to provide adequate notice of cancellation.
If less than 48 hours notice is given on any cancellation then not only will the 50% be retained, the additional 50% will be invoiced to the client plus the $50 Administration fee. Rates are subject to change at any time.
The Client agrees to pay for any missing or damaged equipment, walls or furniture, including but not limited to AV equipment, computers, washroom keys or chairs. The Client agrees to all terms and conditions.
